Students Programs - PACE (Process Automation and Control Education)

Students of Diploma / BE who are interested to learn about automation could undergo the training.
Training Program consists of the following modules:

	Module1 – Basic electrical and electronics
	Module 2 – Basics of PLC programming
	Module 3 – HMI and SCADA
	Module 4 – Motors and Drives
	Module 5 – Distributed Control Systems

Competencies developed during the training:

	Interpret software requirement specifications
	Interpret P &ID diagram for implementation of the project
	List the inputs and outputs from the P & ID
	Classify different functional blocks for programming
	Programming, download, debug and simulation
	Draw the P&ID on the HMI/SCADA
	Tag the input and output on to the HMI/SCADA
	Configure the communication between two PLCs
	Configure drives through PLC
	Testing PLC programs with HMI/SCADA
