Vasundara Automation and Engineering Services Pvt Ltd (VAES) is a turnkey solution provider with experience in various Industry verticals. VAES is involved in EPC, Engineering, Industrial IT, Instrumentation, Process & Discrete automation projects. VAES also provides training, consultancy & Project management services.
VAES help clients assess their needs, engineer and implement the right technology from today's industry leading providers of hardware, software, tools, and other enabling technologies. This assures a custom-tailored solution that not only integrates with existing process and multi-vendor environments, but also provides a growth path to the future.
VAES has completed major projects resulting in the implementation of Process requirements such as Piping Instrumentation and Reactor vessels, Automation, SCADA, Distributed control systems involving thousands of I/O and a variety of manufacturer’s hardware and software. Our scope of supply typically includes - The conceptual design, Detailed engineering of Electrical, mechanical and P&ID , Procurement, Piping, Vessels and Instrumentation installation and commissioning along with Pumps and Motors, Mechanical conveyor systems, Panel building and Field Wiring, PLC and HMI programming and development, Data management, Reconciliation and Reporting, Networking, Drawings and Documentation, and Installation supervision.
VAES operates from 3 offices in Bangalore, one office in Chennai and one office in Hyderabad to take care of customers in India. VAES is also located in UAE to take care of customers in Middle East. We have manufacturing facility in Bangalore and Sharjah backed with state of art ERP and networking systems between all our offices for free flow of information.
VAES also caters to manufacturing segment with Vasundara Manufacturing Systems, a subsidiary company located in Peenya, a major industrial hub of Bangalore. Activities related to mechanical automation such as developing CNC machines, SPMs, Robotics, Mechanical Design and Assemblies of fixtures, machines and any mechanical structures are done here.
We have executed projects in various locations of India, South Asia, South East Asia, Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, Africa and US. Our customers and vendors include both domestic and international players, thus giving us exposure to different standards, policies and process required by our diversified clientele.
